Extraordinary Claims Require Extraordinary Evidence: 2

Michael Shermer and his colleagues are keeping Sagan’s valuable work alive. The website and the skeptic blog are worth visiting frequently. Here is Shermer’s elaboration of the baloney detection kit inspired by Sagan and directed against “junk science”:  the false claims and exaggerations and pseudoscience. The opening credits of the video refer to the Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science, another website and blog I follow.

I decided to divide my writing about Carl Sagan into several blogs. Perhaps readers will be more inclined to look at them in short segments. The recent US elections have me convinced that we need to report and reccomend these ideas as often as possible!
